Lead Guitar Trick 1 - "Going Down in 7s"

Lead Guitar Tricks 2 - "Evil Descent"

This speed guitar lick can be played using hybrid picking to facilitate the string change. Hybrid picking is a style generally reserved more for rock and blues styles than metal, so it is up to you whether you use this unique picking technique or not.

This lick is based more on a finger pattern than a diatonic scale. The pattern uses the frets 11, 12, and 15 for EVERY string.

Lead Guitar Trick 4 - "Weird Tapping Thing"

Whether or not recreational drug use played a role in the influence of the creation of this next lead lick is irrelevant...what IS important is that you recognize the significance in the inherent exotic nature of this upcoming oddity. You will have to be creative when implementing it into an actual SONG, but it sure does sound cool all by itself!
