A diverse collection of electric guitar articles, guitar jokes, and advice for being a musician, this section gives you a break from labor intensive lead guitar tabs! So sit back, unstrap your guitar, and put your reading glasses on for some light-hearted reading in this articles section.

Lead guitarist of Halo Stereo
When the mood strikes me, I am compelled to write a guitar article about stuff that is loosely based on something significant to the music industry and YOU as a guitarist and valued musician, the relevancy of which is debatable.
Staying inspired, knowing the terminology used in the industry, and other "electric guitar facts" are common threads within these electric guitar articles.
Crazy T says:
"I titled this page "electric guitar articles" because that was the best keyword to use amongst a group other irrelevant ones that sounded lame to me. If it wasn't for my amazing keyword selection process, you may have never found this page! Lucky you!"
While this site's main focus is lead guitar, it's good for you to get a break from shredding and just read luxuriously for awhile. Reading puts stuff IN. Reading makes you think different. Reading can affect your mood and help you come back to the guitar with a fresh mind. It can be refreshing and refuel you. It's the next best thing to 12 hours of solid sleep followed by 5 episodes of Lost!
My main goal and intention for these guitar articles (and articles about other stuff, including guitar jokes and music humor) is to provide you with a resource you can dip into when you are bored, uninspired, or depressed because sweep picking is just too dang hard! I'll do my best to make every article in this depository worth your time, however long-winded, full of tasteless humor, and maniacally egotistical they may be.

Inspired by the recurring demands of one of my BEST all time guitar students, I have compiled a list of musical terms they won't teach you in Music Theory class. No, these are more hip terms that you should be familiar with as a guitar player, as an active musician, as a musician who is not bound by conventional terms that can be found anywhere on Goooooooogle and taste bad in your mouth like "time signature" and "rhythmic value."
